Credit Fund Formation Partner joins Macfarlanes

Macfarlanes has announced that Edward Prestwich has joined the firm as a Partner in its Fund Formation team.
Ed is a leading credit fund formation lawyer and is returning to Macfarlanes having previously been an associate in its Fund Formation team between 2014 and 2021.
