As a paralegal, you’ll play a vital role within our practice groups. 

Working closely with Partners, Associates and Knowledge Lawyers, you’ll contribute directly to client work, from drafting and editing to legal research. 

You’ll gain direct experience of how our teams operate and develop an understanding of what it means to deliver legal services to a consistently high standard.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • self-motivated, proactive and well-organised;
  • committed to delivering high-quality legal work;
  • thoughtful and collaborative; and
  • able to build strong relationships with colleagues across the firm.

A route to qualification

Paralegals at the firm can apply for our Training Programme, and we will support you with the process. Once you’ve been with us for six months, and subject to certain conditions, you’ll be eligible to apply. You’ll also receive tailored guidance, including dedicated sessions from the Early Careers team, with the aim of helping you make the most of the application process.

As a paralegal the Partners made it clear that my progression was a priority and actively helped me develop through training sessions, one-on-ones and support when I expressed a desire to pursue a training contract.
