Adam is Director of Innovation at Macfarlanes and leads the firm’s Lawtech team. He drives the strategy to embed technology and innovation across the firm and works closely with lawyers and business teams to ensure both tech and non-tech innovation support the way the firm works and serves its clients.
Adam is a recognised leader at the intersection of law, technology and education, bringing experience from Mayer Brown and from his time as a lecturer and Head of Innovation Technology at BPP Law School, where he is also a visiting professor. He is a founding member of O Shaped, the purpose-led initiative focused on strengthening the human and business skills needed in modern legal practice.
