Adam is Director of Innovation & AI at Macfarlanes and leads the firm’s Innovation & AI team. He drives the strategy to embed technology, AI and innovation across the firm and works closely with lawyers and business teams to ensure both tech and non-tech innovation support the way the firm works and serves its clients.
Adam is a recognised leader at the intersection of law, technology and education, bringing experience from Mayer Brown and from his time as a lecturer and Head of Innovation Technology at BPP Law School, where he is also a visiting professor. He is a founding member of O Shaped, the purpose-led initiative focused on strengthening the human and business skills needed in modern legal practice.
