Agnes is a Knowledge Lawyer in the M&A team.
Her role involves keeping the M&A team updated on legal developments, providing internal counsel support to fee earners, helping to manage the training programme, and developing and maintaining the team’s knowhow resources.
She has experience of advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, company law and the provision of general advice to companies, LLPs, limited partnerships and people connected with them. She is particularly experienced in providing corporate advice in relation to senior executive exits and the corporate aspects of high value divorce settlements.
Agnes joined Macfarlanes in 2025, having previously worked for over 15 years as a corporate lawyer, qualifying in 2008 into the London corporate team of a national firm and later moving to the corporate team of an international law firm.
