Aisling manages the attraction, recruitment and development of the firm’s Early Careers talent. She leads the strategy, design and delivery of all Early Careers programmes, and champions inclusion through targeted outreach with schools, universities and diversity partners.
She also oversees the Early Careers employer brand across social media and the firm’s website.
