Alexandra regularly guides clients through launches, mergers (including cross-border), rebrands, fund range rationalisations, service provider transitions, closures and the full spectrum of updates required to keep complex fund ranges compliant with regulation, efficient and market-ready.
She acts for asset managers and host authorised corporate directors and is valued for her sharp technical knowledge, commercial judgement and going above and beyond to ensure her clients’ needs are met.
