Alice advises individuals, trustees and family offices on a broad range of estate planning, cross-border succession, trusts law, and tax issues.
Alice has experience advising trustees and individuals on the implementation and operation of asset holding structures, often involving trusts with assets and beneficiaries spread across multiple jurisdictions. She has also been involved in high-value trust matters with a litigious or a potentially litigious element.
She advises on UK and international estate planning, including the preparation of wills and advising on the UK tax and succession implications of moving to, or leaving, the UK. Alice has also assisted clients with HMRC enquiries.
