Amber is an associate in the derivatives and trading group. She advises a number of asset managers, hedge funds, banks, pension funds, high-net-worth individuals and corporates across a broad range of brokerage, derivatives, securities financing, structured finance and regulatory matters.
Amber negotiates trading agreements for buy-side and sell-side clients across a number of asset classes, specifically prime brokerage, custody, ISDA, OTC clearing and exchange traded derivatives agreements, and provides related regulatory advice. She also advises on significant risk transfer transactions and debt trades.
Amber is a member of the firm's structured finance working group, participates in industry association initiatives and is also a regular author of legal updates.
