Amelia advises clients in all aspects of work relating to private funds.
As well as advising fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of private funds, including private equity, credit funds and hedge funds, Amelia assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating proposed fund investments. Amelia also advises on team incentive arrangements.
Experience
- Advising Polus Capital Management on the launch of Polus Special Situations Fund, which has raised commitments of €890m.
- Advising Beechbrook Capital on a GP-led secondary for Beechbrook Mezzanine II L.P.
- Advising 17Capital on the closing of 17Capital Strategic Lending Fund 6, which has successfully held a final closing at $5.5bn including co-investment and affiliated entities.
- Advising Growth Capital Partners on the close of their “one and done” fund, GCP Fund VI, at £411m.
