Amy advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Amy acts for private equity houses, asset managers, large corporates, media agencies and financial institutions on both contentious and advisory employment matters. She has particular experience supporting LLPs on partnership and employment issues.

Her practice spans workplace discrimination, disciplinary and grievance processes, sensitive exits and senior appointments. She also advises on the employment dimensions of corporate transactions - restructurings, mergers and acquisitions - and the application of TUPE.

On the contentious side, Amy counsels clients on potential claims and conducts Employment Tribunal litigation.

Qualified in England and Wales, 2022.

  • Advising long-standing client Hayfin on its strategic partnerships with Mubadala Investment Company and AXA IM Prime.
  • Advising long-standing client Hayfin on its strategic partnership with Samsung Life Insurance.
  • A private equity firm on the contested terms of departure for a senior executive, in particular as regards their leaver status for the purposes of carried interest and co-investment schemes and associated entitlements.
  • Advising Hayfin on its agreement with Arctos Partners, a private investment firm, to support a management buyout of the business, acquiring British Columbia Management Corporation’s majority stake.
  • Advising PMG on its acquisition of RocketMill, a leading independent, full service digital marketing agency.
  • Advising ABC Technologies Acquisitions Limited in connection with its recommended all cash offer for TI Fluid Systems plc.
