About
Andrew advises individuals, families and trustees both in the UK and overseas on a variety of UK estate planning, trust law and taxation issues.
He advises on a range of issues facing internationally-mobile clients, including UK tax residence, investment structuring and estate planning.
Much of Andrew’s work has an international element (with a particular focus on US taxpayers and families from Sharia law jurisdictions), including cross-border tax and succession planning, and planning for entrepreneurs and other high-net-worth individuals taking up residence in the UK.
