- Advising global investment manager M&G on the acquisition of a majority stake in sustainable housebuilder Greencore Construction, on behalf of policyholders in its £143bn Prudential With Profits fund.
- Advising Finsbury Glover Hering on the English law aspects of its merger with Sard Verbinnen & Co.
- Advising the senior management team and majority shareholders of M7 Real Estate on their agreement to sell the UK-headquartered real estate investment firm to Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of Canadian pension fund OMERS.
- Advising long-standing client Stanhope and its joint venture partners, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo, on the sale of their mixed-use White City Place development in West London to Canadian property management company Cadillac Fairview.

- Advising Cboe Global Markets on the acquisition of leading European equities clearing house EuroCCP.
- Advising Peter Hargreaves, the co-founder and largest shareholder of FTSE 100 company Hargreaves Lansdown plc, in respect of the recommended takeover of Hargreaves Lansdown by the buyout consortium led by CVC, together with Nordic Capital and Platinum Ivy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, in a transaction attributing a value to Hargreaves Lansdown of £5.4bn.
