Ashley advises on all aspects of work relating to private funds, with a primary focus on fundraising.
Ashley advises fund managers and sponsors on the establishment, structuring and operation of funds across a range of asset classes including private equity, venture capital, growth capital, credit and infrastructure, and has experience with open ended and semi liquid products. She also advises on carried interest and team co investment arrangements, as well as helping clients to navigate fund marketing and regulatory matters. In addition, Ashley assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating investments across their co investment and secondary transactions.
