Bhavdeep is an associate in the finance group, advising on a range of debt finance transactions including fund finance, structured finance, and leveraged finance.
Bhavdeep advises banks, alternative lenders, and borrowers across both domestic and multi-jurisdictional debt finance transactions.
At present, Bhavdeep is completing a client secondment at AlbaCore Capital Group, a leading European credit manager based in London.
Alongside her client work, Bhavdeep sits on the Community and Charity Committee supporting the firm’s Charity of the Year partnership.
