Carys leads the development lifecycle of the firm’s Early Careers population and is the main point of contact for trainees from offer acceptance through to qualification. She supports future trainees through their studies, works closely with BPP to deliver a meaningful training experience, and oversees induction, seat rotations, reviews and qualification.
She also serves as the HR point of contact for Early Careers, partnering with the business to align trainee development with client needs and service standards.
