Carys leads the development of the firm's Early Careers talent from offer acceptance through to qualification, shaping strategy to ensure trainees are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need at every stage of their journey.

Carys is the primary point of contact for trainees once they join the firm, overseeing induction, seat rotations, reviews and the qualification process. She also serves as the HR point of contact for Early Careers talent, partnering with the business to align trainee development with client needs and service standards.
