Catherine acts for banks, financial institutions and alternative lenders on a broad range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance, securitisations and other structured finance matters.
Catherine predominately advises lender-side clients on financing transactions including fund finance, receivables financings, structured finance and specialty finance.
While at her previous firm, Catherine also worked on derivatives transactions, collateralized loan obligations and worked on lender-side real estate acquisition and development financings.
