Charishma advises on a wide range of tax matters with a particular focus on the private capital industry.
In particular, Charishma advises private capital managers on fund formation and structuring as well as the tax aspects of underlying investments, including financial restructurings. Charishma has undertaken two secondments to the legal department of a leading alternative asset management firm.
She also regularly advises on the management of her clients' ongoing tax affairs including VAT and has extensive experience of working with a variety of clients, from multinational groups and family-owned businesses to family offices and private clients.
Charishma is a Chartered Accountant.
