She has a particular focus on indirect and corporate real estate transactions, including complex investment structures. Her clients include sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors and high net worth individuals.
Christine has a broad range of expertise across all areas of real estate practice, but specialises in transactions with a corporate focus including joint ventures and real-estate focused M&A.
Christine has experience working across a broad range of asset classes, including commercial offices, data centres, industrial and logistics, student accommodation, cold storage, retail, hotels and hospitality.
Experience
- Advising Aermont’s ACREF V fund on its programmatic joint venture with Sunrise Real Estate for the acquisition and development of logistics facilities in the UK and other key European jurisdictions.
- Advising Dromeus Capital Group, a Greek alternative investment manager, on its joint venture with Apto Partners, a US based data centre developer (launched by Pimco) in connection with the development of a hyperscale data centre in Athens.
- Advising Hayfin on its acquisition of Gropius Passagen, a landmark retail asset in Berlin.
- Advising Legal & General on the acquisition of two assets into its PBSA platform.
- Advising an alternative investment fund on the acquisition of a large pub portfolio, including advice on management arrangements and the manager's minority equity stake.
