Ciara is an associate in the litigation group.
Ciara has experience across a range of construction and engineering disputes, including disputes relating to termination, delay, defective works, professional negligence, and construction insurance. As well as litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, Ciara has also worked on disputes referred to adjudication. Her recent experience includes cases involving infrastructure and large commercial and residential developments.
Ciara is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society.
