Clemency advises corporate clients, private equity houses, portfolio companies and founders on a broad range of corporate matters, with particular experience in private M&A.
Clemency works with clients ranging from trustees to large corporates, often on multi-jurisdictional mandates involving the US. Her experience includes acting on private M&A transactions (buy and sell side), minority investments, group reorganisations, advising on restructurings and general company law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Clemency spent six months on secondment to Brussels and the Corporate Governance team in a FTSE 100 company.
