Dennis has a broad corporate practice, advising on public and private M&A activity, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory.
Dennis acts for a range of clients, including banks, asset managers, private capital firms and large listed corporates. He has experience across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services. He is especially skilled in handling M&A transactions involving listed companies, and regularly advises on deals in distressed and special situations.
Dennis has undertaken secondments at multinational financial institutions.
