Edward is an Associate in the Tax and Reward group and advises businesses and individuals on a range of employment and mobility tax matters as well as on the design, implementation and operation of employee share plans and executive incentive arrangements.
He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the energy and financial services sectors. He has experience preparing disclosures to HMRC, advising on the impact of M&A transactions on incentive schemes, undertaking employment and mobility tax policy reviews, and advising individuals and businesses on the tax implications of working across jurisdictions, including remote work arrangements.
Edward is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
