About
Elizabeth is an associate in the finance team, advising on a range of debt finance transactions including leveraged finance, fund finance and structured finance.
Elizabeth advises banks, alternative lenders and borrowers primarily on cross-border transactions. Her experience includes acting on private securitisations and other asset-backed lending, subscription and NAV facilities for assets managers based in the UK and Europe. She also advises on acquisition finance and corporate lending.
Alongside her client work, Elizabeth is a member of the steering committee for our DAWN network which focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of staff, in particular those with disabilities, neurodivergent conditions and other long and short term conditions.

- Advising Quilam Capital on the establishment of a strategic joint venture with J.P. Morgan.
