Ellen advises clients on a broad range of UK and cross-border corporate tax issues.
Ellen’s practice focusses on advising substantial family-controlled groups and family offices on group reorganisations, demergers and returns of value.
Ellen also advises on governance and residence issues across jurisdictions, as well as planning for international tax developments, including OECD initiatives such as Pillar Two. Her experience also includes advising on the tax efficient structuring of litigation and legal assets funding.
Ellen is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
