Experience
- Advising Realstar on the indirect corporate acquisition and simultaneous financing of One Exchange Square, a 603-unit build-to-rent property in Birmingham.
- Advising NatWest Pension Trustee Limited (NWPTL), the trustee of the NatWest Group Pension Fund, on the financing aspects of its 15-year joint venture with financial services company Legal & General.
- Advising long-standing client Genius Sports Group on an agreement to acquire Spirable, a leading creative performance platform.
- Advising Derwent London plc on a number of commercial lettings across its London portfolio.
- Advising Victoria’s Secret in relation to lettings of its UK stores.
- Advising Legal & General on its purchase of a multi-let shopping centre and an industrial unit.
