Faiza is a Senior Associate in the Derivatives and Trading group. She advises a number of asset managers, hedge funds, banks, pension funds, high-net-worth individuals and corporates across of broad range of brokerage, derivatives, securities financing, structured finance and regulatory matters.
Faiza negotiates trading agreements for buy-side and sell-side clients across a number of asset classes, specifically prime brokerage, custody, ISDA, OTC clearing and exchange traded derivatives agreements, and provides related regulatory advice. She also advises on significant risk transfer transactions and debt trades.
Faiza has undertaken multiple secondments to a multinational investment bank, where she worked in the private wealth management department and the prime brokerage department.
Faiza is a member of the firm’s structured finance working group and its REACH diversity network, participates in industry association initiatives and is also a regular author of legal updates.
