- Advising asset manager Affirmative Investment Management (AIM) on an investment from Japan’s second largest lender Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG).
- Advising Alchemy on the successful fundraising of its latest special opportunities fund, which closed at €1bn.
- Partners Group on the disposal of a portfolio of the private equity fund interests representing $615m.
