Georgia advises corporates, developers and institutional investors on investment, development and real estate finance transactions.

Georgia has a wide range of experience in the real estate sector including acquisitions and disposals of portfolio and high value assets (either directly or through corporate vehicles), real estate finance transactions, development projects and landlord and tenant matters. She advises UK and international clients, including developers, corporates and institutional property investors, on transactions across the full asset spectrum, with experience in offices, life sciences, industrial and logistics, student accommodation, leisure and retail.


Georgia is known for combining commercial insight with technical rigour, navigating complex corporate structures and esoteric legal issues with practicality and approachability. She is also helping to lead the Real Estate team’s adoption of technology-driven due diligence, promoting how AI tools can deliver more efficient outcomes for clients.

Experience

  • Advising Hayfin on the acquisition and financing of landmark London office building 70 St Mary Axe Nuveen Real Estate.
  • Advising SMBL Developments Limited, a company wholly owned by Mitsui Fudosan UK. Ltd, on a groundbreaking £1.1bn life-sciences led development of the British Library’s St Pancras site.
  • Long-term advice to Stanhope and its joint venture partners, Cadillac Fairview and Thomas White Oxford Limited (the development arm of St John’s College of the University of Oxford) in relation to the ongoing project at Oxford North, a £700m new global innovation development.
  • Advising a major international bank on its £455m term facility to re-finance the acquisition of a prime London asset.
