Grace has broad-ranging expertise in US international tax with a particular focus on the financial services industry.
She has extensive experience managing the end-to-end tax function for private equity and credit fund clients. She advises private fund managers on private fund structures, tax operations, and cross-border planning and compliance, drawing on over a decade of US international tax experience.
Grace joined Macfarlanes from the New York office of one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she was a tax senior manager.
