Harry advises on a broad range of contentious matters with a focus on complex corporate and commercial disputes.
Harry acts on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including disputes involving fraud, breach of warranty and insolvency. He frequently supports both domestic and foreign clients in relation to cross-border issues. He also has experience working on complex competition law cases in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Harry sits on the steering group for our Pride staff network, a forum for networking and peer support between LGBTQ+ staff and allies.

- Acting for a potential claimant in successfully negotiating the settlement of a complex breach of warranty dispute.
- Acting for a defendant to a abuse of dominance claim in the Competition Appeal Tribunal with counterclaims for breach of confidence running concurrently in the High Court.
- Challenging the jurisdiction of a claim brought against a private client on the basis of state immunity.
- Advising a foreign national bank in respect of the risk of enforcement action against its portfolio of assets in multiple jurisdictions.
