Harry has a broad range of experience within the commercial real estate sector, including advising on development projects, landlord and tenant matters, the sale and purchase of property portfolios and high-value assets and real estate finance transactions.
Harry works across a variety of sectors including central London offices, retail, industrial, logistics, student accommodation and the private rented sector (PRS).
Harry's clients include national and international companies, developers, financial institutions and property investors.
Experience
- Advising L&G on its merger between the Federated Hermes Property Unit Trust and L&G’s Managed Property Fund, creating a combined fund value of £4.7bn.
- Advising Derwent London on multiple lettings within its London portfolio.
- Advising corporate tenants on their office headquarters, including a leading global technology company on its relocation in central London and a major international private equity firm on the regearing of its European office in Mayfair, London.
- Advising the Berkeley Group plc in relation to the limited liability partnership agreement in St William Homes LLP, its 50:50 joint venture with National Grid.
- Advising international borrowers and lenders, including Corebridge Financial, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and ARA Venn, on facilities made in connection with a range of real estate assets, including offices, retail, BTR and student accommodation.
