Harry's clients include national and international companies, developers, financial institutions and property investors.
Experience
- Advising L&G on its merger between the Federated Hermes Property Unit Trust and L&G’s Managed Property Fund, creating a combined fund value of £4.7bn.
- Advising Derwent London on multiple lettings within its London portfolio.
- Advising corporate tenants on their office headquarters, including a leading global technology company on its relocation in central London and a major international private equity firm on the regearing of its European office in Mayfair, London.
- Advising the Berkeley Group plc on the acquisition of National Grid’s 50% interest in its St William Homes LLP joint venture, which is now a wholly owned Berkeley Group subsidiary, for a cash payment of £412.5m
- Advising international borrowers and lenders, including Corebridge Financial, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and ARA Venn, on facilities made in connection with a range of real estate assets, including offices, retail, BTR and student accommodation.
