Harvey advises on a range of UK tax matters.
He has recently joined the Tax & Reward team after working as a tax advisor in a Big 4 professional services firm.
In his previous role, Harvey provided UK and overseas indirect tax advice to large clients in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector. He also conducted buy- and sell-side tax due diligence on various M&A transactions in the TMT space.
He gained further experience from his time spent in-house as a tax secondee at a multinational media corporation.
Harvey is a Chartered Tax Advisor and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
Experience
- Advising Hayfin on its acquisition of landmark London office building 70 St Mary Axe from Nuveen Real Estate.
- Advising Legal & General on the speculative acquisition and development of a prime London urban logistics site.
- Advising CBPE on its oversubscribed “one and done” fund, CBPE Fund XI, which closed at £714m.
