Harvey advises on a broad range of UK and cross-border tax and structuring matters.
As an Associate in the Tax team, Harvey represents a variety of clients including asset managers, institutional investors, large corporate groups and private clients. In particular, Harvey advises on fund structuring as well as private equity, debt and real estate transactions.
In his previous role, Harvey provided UK and overseas indirect tax advice to large clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector. He gained further experience from his time spent in-house as a tax secondee at a multinational media corporation.
Harvey is qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business.

- Advising Hayfin on its acquisition of landmark London office building 70 St Mary Axe from Nuveen Real Estate.
- Advising Legal & General on the speculative acquisition and development of a prime London urban logistics site.
- Advising CBPE on its oversubscribed “one and done” fund, CBPE Fund XI, which closed at £714m.
