She advises on a wide range of private client matters including personal tax, trusts, wills, estate and succession planning - particularly where family businesses are involved.
A large part of Hatty's work relates to our probate practice, guiding families through the administration of complex and high-value estates across multiple jurisdictions.
She is also a member of the charities team which involves advising on the establishment of new charities and issues affecting existing charities, including liaising with the Charity Commission in relation to complex issues.
