Experience
- Advising Hayfin on the acquisition and financing of landmark London office building 70 St Mary Axe Nuveen Real Estate.
- Advising Legal & General relating to the planning aspects of its investment in and acquisition of various development schemes, in particular in relation to various significant BTR schemes in Southampton (519 residential units), Birmingham (395 residential units), Leeds (245 residential units), Bristol (376 units) and London.
- Advising on the planning aspects of the redevelopment of Berkeley Hotel London.
- Advising Realstar Group in relation to various BTR development projects, including the section 106 infrastructure/highways agreements and other advice required for a scheme in Southwark, for a 44 storey tower, providing 470 residential units along with other uses including a theatre and café.
- Advising Dandara Living on the forward funding and sale of a BTR scheme, involving diligence support and bespoke advice relating to highways matters.
- Advising on the redevelopment proposals for 20 Grosvenor Square (the former administrative quarters of the US Navy) for use as luxury residential accommodation, including Section 106 negotiation and drafting of highways licences.
