Henry is an Associate in the Finance team, advising financial institutions and corporates on domestic or international structured finance, securitisation and asset-based lending transactions.
Henry acts on complex structured finance transactions across the structure and product spectrum, from multi-jurisdictional securitisations, receivables financings and significant risk transfers to asset-based lending and borrowing base facilities. Henry’s practice also spans fund finance and corporate lending, advising clients on subscription line, NAV and leveraged facilities, as well as bilateral and syndicated loans.
He assists private capital investors, banks, credit funds, insurers, corporates and other market participants with the structuring and implementation of asset, portfolio, fund and subordinated debt financing. His experience covers a variety of asset classes, including multi country trade receivables and collateralised loan obligations. Clients value his calm, commercial approach and his ability to coordinate efficiently across jurisdictions and stakeholder groups. Henry trained, qualified and practised in the London office of a leading French law firm and completed a secondment in Paris, giving him a strong international outlook.
