Isabella Strafford-Antonio

Isabella leads the firm’s social mobility work within Early Careers. She manages the Training Scholarship Programme with Brunel University from attraction through to graduation, supporting students’ development and the wider partnership. She also leads the Macfarlanes Legal Academy for sixth form and college students, broadening access and helping to bridge gaps in career guidance for those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
