Jack advises on acquisitions and disposals of high‑value freehold and leasehold property in prime central London. Many of his matters are off‑market and completed to extremely tight deadlines.
He handles landlord and tenant issues, including restructuring and terminating complex tenancies and other occupational arrangements to enable sales and purchases, including staff accommodation. He also advises on rural property, including transfers of Countryside Stewardship Schemes, sporting rights and riparian ownership issues for landed estates and country houses.
Qualified in England and Wales in 2021.
