Jack advises on a range of UK and international tax and structuring matters, with a particular focus on the private capital industry.
Jack has experience in UK and international tax matters, advising on group reorganisations, the establishment and structuring of funds (including advising institutional investors on the tax aspects of various investment structures) and cross-border M&A transactions.
Jack also leverages his previous experience working in the employment tax and reward space to advise on remuneration structures for private capital clients; advising on carried interest, co-investment and equity incentive arrangements.
