Jack advises on a wide range of UK and cross border tax matters.
In particular, Jack advises on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, group tax planning and investment fund structuring with a particular emphasis on real estate and infrastructure assets.
Jack also has extensive experience advising on complex and contentious VAT matters, including experience from his previous role at a Big Four accounting firm. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser.

- Advising infrastructure investment manager, Ancala, on its joint venture with The Peel Group to form an independent multi-utility operator.
- Tulchan in relation to the tax aspects of its sale to Teneo.
- Stanhope and Cadillac Fairview on the joint venture and acquisition of properties within Cambridge Science Park.
- Advising Evelyn Partners, the leading wealth management and professional services group, on its acquisition of the Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle offices of Haines Watts.
