Jake advises fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of various private funds across different asset classes, including private equity, credit, venture capital and infrastructure funds as well as advising on team incentive arrangements. He also advises on secondary transactions and GP-led solutions, such as LP tender offers and continuation fund transactions.
Experience
- Advising Aberdeen on the successful fundraising of Aberdeen Standard Core Infrastructure III, Aberdeen’s third European core infrastructure fund, which has closed with total commitments in excess of €500m.
- Advising Alcuin Capital Partners on a GP-led secondary for the Third Alcuin Fund.
