James advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, with particular expertise in real estate finance, fund finance and corporate lending.
His varied client base includes banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and borrowers and he acts on both cross-border and domestic transactions.
James also has significant experience in offshore financing and corporate matters, having previously spent an extensive period of his career at a leading offshore law firm advising on the Jersey and BVI law aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions.
