About
Jenny advises individuals, families, executors and trustees on a wide variety of UK tax, trust, succession and estate planning issues, with particular experience in handling complex international estates.
Jenny has broad experience in many aspects of the law that individuals encounter on a day-to-day basis including advising on and setting up trusts and other structures, administering estates, drafting wills and providing tax advice.
Jenny's work often involves an international element, including offering succession and tax planning advice to clients with links in different jurisdictions or advising organisations or families on appropriate structures to hold their assets. In doing so, she is comfortable coordinating advice from lawyers in different jurisdictions.
On the probate side, Jenny has been involved with the administration of complex and high-value estates, and has particular expertise in administering estates with cross-border elements. She has also helped executors make offers in lieu of inheritance tax.
Jenny qualified as a Notary Public in August 2015 and is able to provide notarial services to individuals and companies.
Jenny is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Notaries Society.
