Jessica is head of the M&A group.
Jessica advises on private capital and private M&A transactions and works with a range of clients including asset managers and large financial institutions.
She leads the firm’s management advisory practice which advises executive management teams of large cap businesses based in the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and other jurisdictions across the world, on private capital transactions and incentive plans.
Jessica also has particular experience of M&A and private capital investment involving the professional services sector, including legal services and accounting.

- Advising Banco de Sabadell S.A., a Spanish listed multinational financial services company, on the £2.65bn sale of TSB Banking Group plc to Banco Santander.
- Advising Aberdeen on the sale of its European-headquartered private equity business to Patria Investments.
- Advising Aberdeen on its acquisition of specialist logistics real estate fund manager, Tritax.
- Advising Ancala, a leading infrastructure manager, on the sale of a minority stake to Vontobel, a listed global investment manager.
- Advising legacy Allen & Overy on its strategic partnership with Inflexion relating to aosphere, a legal and compliance data subscription platform established by A&O in 2002.
- Advising Argus Media in connection with investments by General Atlantic and Hg Capital.
- Advising the St Modwen and Industrials REIT management teams following their respective take privates by Blackstone and combination to form Indurent, one of the UK’s largest logistics property owners.
- Advising the team.blue management team on several transactions including the partial sale by Hg Capital of its investment to CPP Investments and Sofina.
- Advising global investment manager M&G on the acquisition of a majority stake in sustainable housebuilder Greencore Construction.
- Advising management of Asda on new MEP arrangements following the acquisition by TDR and the Issa brothers.
- Advising management of Bourne Leisure on new MEP arrangements in connection with its acquisition by Blackstone.
