She has extensive experience across the full spectrum of residential property, advising on listed buildings, new build super-prime apartments and prime country houses. 

Jessica delivers clear, practical advice to her clients on their acquisitions and disposals, often in time sensitive transactions. Where property finance is required, she acts efficiently for both the lender and borrower to ensure a smooth and coordinated process.  

Jessica also works closely with Private Client colleagues on probate sales, transfers of equity and family estate restructuring involving residential property. 

Recognised for a personable yet proactive style, Jessica keeps matters moving efficiently while ensuring clients feel fully informed and supported from instruction to completion, all with a clear focus on achieving their desired objectives.

Experience

  • Advising on the acquisition of a Grade II listed freehold house which exchanged contracts within an accelerated time frame of 48 hours to combat last minute counter bids from a third party.
  • Advising on the acquisition of a £50m property in central London which exchanged and completed within 6 workings days of the memorandum being issued.
  • Advising a UK joint venture company on the acquisition of several residential properties in prime central London at a value of £30m and the subsequent financing to facilitate the redevelopment of the site.
  • Advising and working collaboratively with Private Client colleagues on a highly complex and extensive estate planning exercise involving three properties situated in Belgravia with a combined value of circa £40m.
