Jonathan qualified with Macfarlanes and spent four years as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer before becoming a senior knowledge lawyer.
Jonathan is a technical expert and keeps lawyers abreast of legal and other relevant developments. Jonathan specialises in general commercial litigation and arbitration, supporting clients and colleagues on complex, high-value disputes across a range of sectors. Particular areas of interest include privilege, contract law and conflict of laws. Jonathan also works closely with our specialist teams within the department, including the Real Estate, Fraud and Private Wealth disputes teams.
Jonathan runs training seminars for the department, produces technical papers both for clients and for internal use and also writes for legal journals and other publications. He is responsible for knowledge management and precedent documentation in the fields of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
