He advises on the full investment lifecycle at both corporate and asset level, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, portfolio and platform investments, and restructurings. He acts for a broad range of stakeholders across the sector with interests in a range of real asset classes.

- Advising Stanhope on the £450m acquisition of Row One from Landsec, in a joint venture with Cheyne Capital.
- Advising Investec Bank PLC and Rathbones Group PLC on a long-term lease regear of 30 Gresham Street, London.
- Advising Hayfin on its acquisition of Gropius Passagen, a landmark retail asset in Berlin.
